Terms and Conditions

At TAWV, we take great care in every installation to ensure the highest quality results. However, due to the nature of the vinyl materials and the processes involved, certain conditions apply to our services. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

  1. Vinyl Wrap Installation
All vinyl wrap installations are performed by hand application methods. While we strivefor precision, minor imperfections such as small dust particles, slight adhesive lines, and minor variations in color may occur due to the manual / strech application process.
  2. Paint Protection Film (PPF) Coverage
PPF is designed to cover approximately 90-95% of the vehicle. Some areas will remainuncovered to ensure the film’s durability and prevent peeling over time.
  3. Dust in PPF Installation
While we take every precaution to maintain a clean environment, it is not alwayspossible to achieve 100% dust-free PPF installations. Small micro dust particles may occasionally be present under the film.
  4. PPF Stress Marks
PPF may exhibit minor “stress” marks, particularly on large surface areas. This is anatural characteristic of the material and does not affect its protective properties.
  5. Pre-existing Vehicle Condition
TAWV is not responsible for any pre-existing damage on the vehicle. PPF and vinylwraps cannot conceal all scratches, dents, or other imperfections already present on the surface.
  6. Paint Correction Limitations
While we aim for the best possible results, some scratches—especially on blackpaint—may not be entirely removable. Staged correction options are available based on the vehicle’s condition, but 100% scratch removal cannot always be guaranteed.
  7. Chrome Vinyl Wrap Considerations
Chrome vinyl wrap is susceptible to stretch marks and minor scratches during

installation. While we take every precaution to minimize these, they may still occur due to the nature of the material.

  1. Proper Maintenance for Vinyl Wraps
Using acidic car wash soaps can cause vinyl fading and damage. To maintain theintegrity of the wrap, we recommend using only pH-neutral cleaning solutions and opting for hand washing.
  2. Pressure Washing Guidelines
High-pressure water should not be directed within 1 meter of any PPF or vinyl edge orseam, as this may lead to lifting over time. Failure to adhere to this guideline will void the TAWV warranty.

10. Chemical Exposure
Any chemicals left on the PPF or vinyl wrap, such as tire shine products, can cause

damage and will void both TAWV and manufacturer warranties.

11. Bird Droppings
Bird droppings must be removed immediately to prevent staining or damage. TAWV

does not provide a warranty for issues caused by prolonged exposure.

12. Painted Surfaces
While we strive for a flawless finish, older surfaces may occasionally contain small

dust/dirt/patina particles. This is a natural occurrence and nearly impossible to avoid entirely.

13. Final Acceptance
Once the vehicle has been paid for in full, all work is considered accepted and approved

by the customer.

14. Post-Collection
Customers have 7 days from the date of collection to report any concerns. After this

period, TAWV reserves the right to inspect the vehicle and determine whether any issues have been caused by misuse. Any repairs or replacements due to misuse will be subject to additional charges.

By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. We appreciate your trust in TAWV and we are committed to delivering the best possible results for your vehicle.
